A New Generation of Aspiring Superstars Will Compete in Live Galas And Live Together 24/7 as They Pursue Their Dreams in This International Phenomenon Making Its U.S. Television Debut

MIAMI, FL – June 8, 2026 — Telemundo is set to make television history with the premiere of Operación Triunfo Estados Unidos, the iconic music competition series debuting Tuesday, July 7 at 7pm/6c. Hosted by Natalia Téllez and featuring David Bisbal as a member of the judging panel, this global phenomenon will bring together a new generation of talented young artists determined to chase their dreams. Week after week, they will prove they have what it takes to become the next music superstar in a one-of-a-kind experience that promises to redefine musical entertainment on Spanish-language television.

Following a nationwide audition process that attracted thousands of hopefuls from across the country, the contestants selected during the final callback round represent a diverse mix of backgrounds, personalities, and musical styles. For the first time, these aspiring artists will step onto the Operación Triunfo Estados Unidos stage, where the final participants who will enter la academia (the academy) will be chosen. There, they will receive intensive training in singing, performance, choreography, and other artistic disciplines while living together 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Each week, contestants will take the stage in spectacular live galas, putting their talent, dedication, and artistic growth to the test in front of the judges and viewers at home. Their performances will determine who advances in the competition on the road to the grand finale, where only one contestant will claim victory and become the first-ever winner of Operación Triunfo Estados Unidos.

Telemundo will soon announce additional members of the judging panel, as well as the Academy Director, coaches, and aspiring artists who will be part of Operación Triunfo Estados Unidos.
