Telemundo Celebrates the Holiday Season with Special Live Programming Starting Thursday, November 28

The Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade®, the Iconic Rockefeller Center Tree Lighting, and Bienvenido 2025 Are Some of the Season’s Highlights 

MIAMI, November 14, 2024 – Telemundo presents an impressive special programming lineup for this holiday season, including the famous Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade®, the live tree lighting from Rockefeller Center in New York, and the Bienvenido 2025 special to ring in the New Year. 

The season’s celebrations kick off from New York City with the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade® on Thursday, November 28 at 8:30am/7:30c. Live and exclusively in Spanish, Andrea Meza and Carlos Adyan will host the magical event featuring gigantic balloons, floats, performance groups, marching bands and music stars, and the one-and-only Santa Claus. 

For the first time, Telemundo will broadcast the Rockefeller Center tree lighting in New York, live on Wednesday, December 4 at 9pm/8c. The special, Navidades en Rockefeller Center (Christmas in Rockefeller Center,) will offer a dazzling display of musical talent, surprises, and the iconic lighting of the world’s most famous Christmas tree. 

To bid farewell to 2024 in the best way, on Tuesday, December 31 at 7pm/6c, Telemundo will present a special edition of Al Rojo Vivo: Adiós 2024, hosted by Jessica Carrillo and Lourdes Stephen from New York. This program will review the most important events of the year in entertainment, news, and culture. Then, live from Times Square at 8/7c, the special Bienvenido 2025 (Welcome 2025) will air to bid farewell to 2024 in grand style with performances by the most prominent Latin music artists.
