- On Wednesday, April 28, NBC Nightly News anchor Lester Holt and TODAY co-anchor and NBC News chief legal correspondent Savannah Guthrie, joined by Meet the Press moderator and NBC News political director Chuck Todd and NBC News chief foreign affairs correspondent and senior Washington correspondent Andrea Mitchell, will lead the network’s special coverage of President Biden’s first Congressional address starting at 9 p.m. ET.

- MSNBC’s coverage will continue live throughout the evening with All In’s Chris Hayes anchoring at 12 a.m. ET and The Sunday Show’s Jonathan Capehart at 1 a.m. ET.
- Plus, prior to the address, MSNBC anchor Ayman Mohyeldin will anchor live from Washington D.C. at 3 p.m. ET on Wednesday, April 28 to preview President Biden’s Congressional address. - On Wednesday, April 28, Zerlina Maxwell will kick off live coverage on The Choice starting at 8 p.m. ET. The Morning Joe team will provide wraparound coverage of President Biden’s address. Afterwards, Mehdi Hasan will deliver analysis of the speech with special guests.

- The network-wide reporting will explore the promises made, kept or unfulfilled including the state of nationwide Covid-19 vaccinations and status of school reopenings; President Biden’s unity pledge made during his inaugural address; the administration’s executive actions aimed at addressing gun violence; the foreign policy and immigration challenges facing President Biden in his first 100 days, including re-entered The Paris Agreement, reversing the Trump administration’s travel ban, withdrawing all American troops from Afghanistan and plans to end the country’s ‘forever wars’; and more. Plus, correspondents and reporters will travel to Georgia to engage with voters following the special Senate elections in January; to the southern U.S. border to meet up with groups trying to provide aid to the influx of minors crossing the border; and to districts that flipped from Trump to Biden in 2020 to explore voter sentiments 100 days into the new administration.

- NBC News’ County to County Project — which launched in Nov. 2019 and embedded reporters in five key bellwether counties to better understand the hyperlocal issues impacting voters across the country during the 2020 presidential election — will return to these local communities at the 100 day mark to speak with voters about their take on the early days of the administration.
