MIAMI, Fla. – September 24, 2026 – Telemundo presents another weekend of world-class sports beginning Friday, September 25, highlighted by the U.S. Men’s National Team facing Peru, a Liga MX doubleheader, the Third-Place Match and Final of the FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup™, NFL’s Sunday Night Football and golf coverage across Telemundo, Universo, Peacock, the Telemundo App and Telemundo Deportes Ahora. U.S. Men’s National Team
On Saturday, the U.S. Men’s National Team faces Peru at 4:37 p.m. ET live on Telemundo, Universo and Peacock. Coverage begins at 3:30 p.m. ET with Fútbol Estelar on Universo and Peacock, featuring Adriana Monsalve, Miguel Gurwitz, Luis Omar Tapia, Diego Balado and Isabella Echeverri setting the stage for the international matchup from Orlando, Florida.
At 4 p.m. ET, coverage expands to Telemundo ahead of kickoff, with Monsalve hosting, Gurwitz providing analysis and Echeverri reporting from the sidelines. Luis Omar Tapia and Diego Balado are currently assigned to call the match.
Liga MX
Liga MX takes over Saturday night with a doubleheader across Telemundo, Universo and Peacock.
Coverage begins at 6:30 p.m. ET with Fútbol Estelar Liga MX Extra exclusively on Universo and Peacock, featuring Miguel Gurwitz, Omar Zerón, Copán Álvarez, Jorge Calvo and Alonso González. Later that night, Tigres hosts Puebla at 11:10 p.m. ET on Telemundo, Universo and Peacock, with Cindy Imperial on play-by-play, Omar Zerón providing analysis and Jesús Barrón reporting from the sidelines.
Liga MX Femenil is also featured Saturday as Juárez faces Tijuana at 9:06 p.m. ET on Telemundo Deportes Ahora, with Lucas Terengui and Diego Arrioja on the call. On Sunday, Tigres faces San Luis at 7:55 p.m. ET on Telemundo Deportes Ahora, with Cindy Imperial and Carmen Boquín.
FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup™
The FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup™ crowns its champion this weekend. The Third-Place Match between Italy and Colombia airs Saturday at noon ET on Telemundo Deportes Ahora, with Cindy Imperial and Carmen Boquín calling the action.
On Sunday, DPR Korea and Spain fight for the crown during the FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup™ Final airing at noon ET on Universo, with Cindy Imperial and Isabella Echeverri on the call.
