Miami, FL – September 24, 2026 – The first wave of performers for the 2026 Billboard Latin Music Awards has been revealed, bringing together global stars, chart-topping finalists and some of the most exciting voices shaping Latin music today. Carlos Rivera, Chuyin, Kapo, Manuel Turizo, Melymel, Ozuna, Pablo Alborán, RIZA, Tito Double P, Víctor Manuelle, Xavi and Yahritza y Su Esencia will take the stage during a night of electrifying performances, and memorable moments. In addition, Carmen Villalobos and Javier Poza will return to the Billboard Latin Music Awards stage as hosts of this year’s celebration which will be presented LIVE on Thursday, October 22 at 8 p.m. ET / 7C on Telemundo and Peacock from the James L. Knight Center in Miami. The night will kick off with the star-studded blue-carpet coverage across platforms starting at 7 p.m. ET/6C.

The event will also be available on Universo and the Telemundo app, as well as throughout Latin America and the Caribbean via Telemundo Internacional. Tickets are now available through Ticketmaster.

  • Manuel Turizo — Colombian singer-songwriter Manuel Turizo continues to expand his distinctive sound with APAMBICHAO, his fifth studio album, connecting his Colombian roots with the Caribbean and pan-Latin sounds that have shaped his musical evolution. The 15-track project includes “Apambichao” with Maluma and collaborations with Luis Alfonso, Xavi, Dálmata and Dei V.
  • Ozuna — One of the most influential voices in Latin urban music, Ozuna is a finalist for Latin Rhythm Artist of the Year, Solo. In 2026, he launched a new musical chapter with “Una Aventura,” followed by “Mi Yo De Antes” and “ZIZI” featuring Omar Courtz, while his Una Aventura World Tour has taken him across Europe and Latin America.
  • Pablo Alborán – One of the most respected voices in Spanish-language music, Pablo Alborán has captivated audiences for more than a decade with his distinctive songwriting and emotionally driven pop. The Málaga-born singer-songwriter has released seven studio albums and built an international career highlighted by enduring hits including “Solamente tú,” “Te he echado de menos” and “Saturno,” as well as sold-out tours around the world.
  • Tito Double P – One of the leading voices of a new generation taking música mexicana global, Tito Double P is one of this year’s top finalists, competing for 15 awards, including Artist of the Year. His latest album, ACOMODO, debuted at No. 1 on Spotify’s global and U.S. charts across all genres, as well as No. 1 in Mexico, and has surpassed 2.6 billion global streams.
  • Xavi —Mexican-American singer-songwriter Xavi, a finalist in Regional Mexican Song of the Year for “No Capea” with Grupo Frontera, has become one of the leading voices of Música Mexicana’s new generation, blending corridos tumbados with bachata, pop and urban influences. His 2026 album Dosis showcases that versatility, while its title track recently reached No. 1 on Billboard’s Latin Airplay, Regional Mexican Airplay and Latin Pop Airplay charts.
  • Carlos Rivera — One of Mexico’s most recognized singers, Carlos Rivera is celebrating his roots with Vida México, his new 2026 studio album paying tribute to Mexico, its cultural identity and musical traditions. He is currently taking the project on the road with his Vida México Tour, which has traveled across Mexico and recently expanded to Spain.
  • Víctor Manuelle — A defining force in contemporary salsa, Víctor Manuelle has helped shape the genre’s modern evolution by incorporating contemporary and urban influences while remaining rooted in its traditions. This year, his album La Parranda es Mía is a finalist for Tropical Album of the Year, adding to a career that includes 29 No. 1 hits on Billboard’s Tropical Airplay chart.
  • Kapo —Colombian artist and two-time finalist Kapo has emerged as one of the most exciting voices in Latin music, blending Afro-influenced rhythms, urban sounds and melodic pop. His collaboration “LA VILLA” with Ryan Castro and Gangsta reached No. 1 on Billboard’s Latin Airplay and Latin Rhythm Airplay charts, as well as the Billboard Argentina Hot 100 and Billboard Colombia Hot 100, as he continues expanding his global reach with his Afro Rosa World Tour 2026.
  • Yahritza y Su Esencia — Sibling trio made up of Yahritza, Jairo, and Mando is at the forefront of a new generation of música mexicana, known for their emotionally raw songwriting and signature acoustic sound. Following their 2022 breakthrough hit, “Soy El Único,” the finalists released their debut studio album, Metamorfosis, in 2026, continuing their momentum with collaborations including Rosalía on “La Perla” and Julieta Venegas on “La Línea.”
  • Melymel — Dominican rapper and songwriter Melymel, known as “La Mamá del Rap,” has spent more than two decades helping redefine the role of women in Latin hip-hop. One of the Caribbean’s most distinctive urban voices, her versatility spans rap, trap, reggaetón, dancehall, Afro-Latin sounds and contemporary pop.
  • Chuyin — One of the emerging voices in música mexicana, Chuyin continues to build momentum with his debut album Los Locos Nunca Mueren, which debuted on the Billboard Top Latin Albums and Billboard Top Regional Mexican Albums charts and remains on both charts to this day. Chuyin has collaborated with artists including Fuerza Regida and Calle 24 with releases such as “PUES QUÉ LE HAGO?” and “PUES YA NI PEDO.” Most recently, he introduced the single “IA,” marking the next chapter of his musical evolution.
  • RIZA — Filipino-Cuban artist RIZA is an emerging voice whose genre-fluid sound blends pop, jazz, folk and R&B. With more than 420,000 monthly listeners and 12 million YouTube views, she has collaborated with artists including Humbe and Pablo Alborán and is currently working on her debut album, AVALON.

Returning to lead the celebration are Carmen Villalobos and Javier Poza, who will guide audiences through the performances, awards and special moments of the live broadcast.

  • Carmen Villalobos – The acclaimed Colombian actress and television host is one of the most recognized personalities in Hispanic entertainment. Currently hosting her fifth consecutive season of Telemundo’s Top Chef VIP, Villalobos also returns in November to her iconic role as Catalina Santana in Sin Senos Sí Hay Paraíso. She previously served as lead host of the Billboard Latin Music Awards in 2024.
  • Javier Poza — With more than 30 years of experience in television and radio, the acclaimed Mexican host and broadcaster returns to the Billboard Latin Music Awards after hosting the show in 2025. His extensive career also includes hosting La Casa de los Famosos: All Stars 2025 and La Isla: Desafío Extremo for Telemundo.
