The legendary saga starring Rafael Amaya returns for its explosive final chapter
MIAMI, FL – May 18, 2026 – Telemundo unveiled a teaser for the highly anticipated tenth and final season of El Señor de los Cielos, marking the conclusion of the network’s longest-running, award-winning scripted franchise. Set to premiere this July, the new season brings back the notorious Aurelio Casillas, portrayed once again by renowned Mexican actor Rafael Amaya, as the legendary drug lord returns more ambitious, fearless, and relentless than ever.
Joining Amaya is a stellar returning cast, including Carmen Aub as Rutila Casillas and Isabella Castillo as Diana Ahumada, who come back to bring the saga’s final installment to life.

Season 10 marks a return to the franchise’s roots, revealing Aurelio as a man powerful enough to conquer the world, yet unable to control himself. After disappearing from his family’s radar, he resurfaces to reclaim his empire and reassert his legacy, pushing the limits of power, loyalty, and survival as he crosses a line that could cost him everything.
