Hispanic TV’s Most Famous House Returns with a New Edition in 2026

MIAMI – June 2, 2025 – Telemundo concluded the fifth season of La Casa de los Famosos All-Stars tonight with a spectacular live, coast-to-coast finale, where Carlos “Caramelo” Cruz was crowned the winner, taking home the coveted briefcase with the $200,000 cash prize. During the three-hour gala, filled with iconic moments from the season, emotional family reunions, special guests, and celebrities from this historic edition, Luca Onestini was named as the second runner-up getting the $100,000 in cash, and Rey Grupero as third runner-up taking home $50,000. Hosts Jimena Gállego and Javier Poza closed out the show announcing the return of the hit reality competition in 2026. As the champion of the fifth season, chosen by the audience vote via LaCasadelosFamosos.comCarlos “Caramelo” Cruz began gaining followers on social media while working as a package delivery driver in Manhattan, New York. Born in the Dominican Republic, he became a social media star thanks to his humorous style, life narratives, and charisma that quickly went viral. His popularity escalated after being invited to the popular U.S. television program, The Jennifer Hudson Show. Although he wasn’t previously known in Hispanic television, he won over audiences on La Casa de los Famosos All-Stars with his authenticity and charm, quickly becoming a standout throughout the season.

Winner of the $100,000 second place cash prize, Onestini is an Italian model, influencer, TV host, and former soccer player, born in Bologna, Italy. He first gained recognition after winning the Mister Italia 2013 pageant, which launched his career in modeling and the television industry. He later became a popular reality show personality in Europe and Latin America, participating in several successful competitions.

In third place, winning $50,000, Rey Grupero, whose real name is Luis Alberto Ordaz Balderas, is a popular influencer, comedian, and YouTuber born in Mexico City. He rose to fame with his street prank videos on YouTube which garnered millions of views. His bold and comedic style made him popular on both social media platforms and Spanish-language television. He has also participated in several reality shows, including the third season of Telemundo’s La Casa de los Famosos and the first season of Los 50.

Meanwhile, Rosa Caiafa and Paulo Quevedo placed in fourth and fifth place, respectively, in this unforgettable All-Stars edition.
