Telemundo Bids Farewell to 2025 with Bienvenido 2026 and Celebrates the New Year with the Rose Parade for the First Time on the Spanish-language Network

MIAMI – December 18, 2025 – For the first time, Telemundo will kick off the New Year with El Desfile de las Rosas (The Rose Parade) live from coast- to-coast on Thursday, January 1 startingat 11am ET/10 CT/8 PT. Hosted by Penélope Menchaca and Carlos Calderón, viewers can welcome the New Year with the tradition and vibrant colors of this iconic event that fills the streets of Pasadena, California, with floral floats, music, and joy.

To bid farewell to 2025, the network presents Bienvenido 2026 on Wednesday, December 31, starting at 8pm/7c. Viewers can ring in the New Year with this special featuring performances by musical stars including Ivy Queen, Pablo Alborán, Chyno y Nacho, Sofía Reyes, La Arrolladora Banda El Limón, Fey, Yailin la Más Viral, and many more. The special will include live broadcasts from several cities, including the iconic Times Square in New York with Lourdes Stephen, Danilo Carrera, and Chiky Bombom, as well as a special location in Queens with Jessica Carrillo and Gabriel Coronel. Andrea Meza, Carlos Adyan, Clovis Nienow, and Anette Cuburu will join from Mexico City. The celebration will continue until 1:30am/12:30c with additional musical performances hosted by Aylín Mujica and Pancho Uresti to welcome the New Year with joy and great music.

As a lead-up to the New Year’s Eve network special, Telemundo will present Al Rojo Vivo Edición Especial: Adiós 2025 at 7pm/6c, a special program hosted by Jessica Carrillo and Lourdes Stephen from New York City, featuring the year’s most relevant news events and the hottest moments in entertainment.
