MIAMI – October 30, 2025 – Telemundo is gearing up for a night full of glamour, elegance, and excitement with the 74th edition of Miss Universe®, to be hosted once again by Jacqueline Bracamontes and Danilo Carrera. The event will air live coast-to-coast from Thailand on Thursday, November 20, bringing together more than 130 women from around the world to compete for the coveted title and share their social missions with a global audience. At the end of the night, the reigning queen, Victoria Kjær Theilvig of Denmark, will crown her successor. The network will soon announce additional personalities joining the broadcast, as well as an unprecedented programming lineup.
As one of the most renowned personalities in the entertainment industry, Jacky Bracamontes has hosted numerous Telemundo productions, including past editions of Miss Universe®, this year’s Miss Universe Latina, El Reality, as well as the Billboard Latin Music Awards, the Latin American Music Awards, Así Se Baila, and La Voz, and many others. The multifaceted Mexican star has also excelled as an actress, starring in the network’s primetime series, La Suerte de Loli, and has participated in international productions such as the Latin GRAMMYs and Nuestra Belleza México. On the big screen, she has starred in the hit Netflix films Un Padre No Tan Padre and its sequel Una Navidad No Tan Padre, among others.
Danilo Carrera is an award-winning Ecuadorian actor and television host who began his career in Telemundo’s telenovela Relaciones Peligrosas, followed by Nickelodeon’s hit youth series Grachi. Last year, he cohosted the live broadcast of Miss Universe® alongside Bracamontes from Mexico City, captivating audiences with his charisma and charm. Carrera has starred in several successful Telemundo primetime productions, including Velvet, el Nuevo Imperio and Sed de Venganza, as well as other popular Hispanic television telenovelas such as Sin Rastro de Ti, Hijas de la Luna, and Vencer el Miedo. Before pursuing acting, he was a professional soccer player in Ecuador and a model for prestigious international brands.
The 74th edition of Miss Universe® from Thailand will air live on Telemundo across the United States and will stream simultaneously on Peacock. Viewers across Latin America can also enjoy the live broadcast on Telemundo Internacional cable channel.
