USWNT Take On Brazil in Olympic Gold Medal Rematches LIVE on Telemundo, Universo and Peacock 

MIAMI, Fla. – April 2, 2025 – Telemundo, the Spanish-language home of the U.S. National Teams, presents complete coverage of two U.S. Women’s National Team friendlies in April. The USWNT will take on Brazil at SoFi Stadium on Saturday, April 5 LIVE at 5 p.m. ET on Telemundo, Universo, and Peacock and again at PayPal Park on Tuesday, April 8 LIVE at 10:30 p.m. ET on Universo and Peacock.  

These Olympic Gold Medal rematches mark the first meetings between the USA and Brazil since their epic clash in Paris which saw the USWNT prevail, 1-0, on a goal from Mallory Swanson. In addition, forward Trinity Rodman returns for the first time since the 2024 Olympics to play against Brazil in these rematch friendlies.  

Telemundo’s broadcasts will feature an all-star commentary team with Carlota Vizmanos as host and play-by-play by legendary Emmy Award-winning sports commentator Andrés Cantor alongside professional soccer coach Natalia Astrain as analyst. Carlos Yustis will report from the sidelines, delivering exclusive insights and interviews to keep fans connected to every moment of the action. 

Coverage will kick off with a one-hour pregame show streaming on YouTube and Facebook, bringing fans exclusive on-the-ground access, including live stadium views, fan atmosphere, player arrivals, warm-ups, and special segments by Yustis, delivering comprehensive coverage from SoFi Stadium and PayPal Park ahead of the matches.
