Key Matches Featuring USWMT v. Colombia, Australia and Japan for The Tenth Edition of the Four-Team International Tournament
MIAMI, Fl. – February 14, 2025 – Telemundo, the exclusive Spanish-language home of the U.S. National Teams, presents comprehensive coverage of the 2025 SheBelieves Cup beginning on Thursday, Feb. 20 with USA opening the tournament against Colombia at 5 p.m. ET on Universo and Peacock.
In 2025, the U.S. Women’s National Team, ranked #1 in the world, will host Japan (#7), Australia (#15), and Colombia (#21) in the SheBelieves Cup, which returns to its traditional six-game, three-matchday format after last year’s adjustment for the Olympic calendar. The tournament winner will be determined by total points, with goal difference, goals scored, head-to-head results, and Fair Play ranking serving as tiebreakers. All four teams competed in the 2024 Paris Olympics, where the USA defeated Australia and Japan ultimately bringing home the gold medal. While Australia and Colombia make their tournament debuts, Japan returns for the third consecutive year and fifth time overall. The USA, aiming for its sixth straight title, has won the SheBelieves Cup seven times, with France (2017) and England (2019) as past champions.
