Experienced Hockey Host and Reporter to Lead ‘Sharks Pregame Live’ and ‘Sharks Postgame Live’ Beginning This NHL Season
SAN FRANCISCO – Sept. 15, 2026 – NBC Sports California named Natalie Noury host for its live gameday coverage of the San Jose Sharks, beginning with the 2026-27 NHL regular season. In her new role, she will lead Sharks Pregame Live and Sharks Postgame Live, which surround NBC Sports California’s live-game coverage of the Sharks with news, analysis, commentary and interviews.
Noury, an experienced hockey host and reporter, will be joined on Sharks Pregame Live and Sharks Postgame Live by Jason Demers, the former Sharks defenseman recently named the shows’ primary analyst. Ted Ramey from the Sharks Radio Network, Nick Nollenberger, play-by-play announcer for the AHL’s San Jose Barracuda,and former Sharks center Mark Smith will also return as regular analysts.

Noury has more than eight years of media experience, including roles in professional and collegiate hockey, which included covering Sharks stars Macklin Celebrini and Will Smith during their tenures with Boston University and Boston College, respectively. Most recently, she served as a host and reporter for the Professional Women’s Hockey League (PWHL) and NESN’s Hockey East coverage.
Noury has also spent the last four seasons as an in-game reporter for Triple-A baseball’s Worcester Red Sox. Previously, Noury was an in-arena host for the NHL’s Boston Bruins, AHL’s Providence Bruins and PWHL’s Boston Fleet. She also spent more than two years as a reporter and anchor covering news and sports for television stations in Providence, R.I., and Duluth, Minn.
A graduate of the University of New Hampshire, Noury gained sports media experience as a student in roles with ESPN and NESN, and with the Wildcats hockey and football teams. She also interned with Hockey East as a content producer.
