Special to feature celebrity messages, a touching makeover, live music and a heartwarming grandmother story that inspired a Hollywood film
LOS ANGELES – May 8, 2025 – Telemundo Station Group’s weekday lifestyle entertainment program, Acceso Total, produced by Telemundo 52 Los Angeles / KVEA, will celebrate Mother’s Day with a special edition tomorrow, Friday, May 9 at 11:30 AM PT.
Hosted by Elva Saray and Silvana Effio, the special will include heartfelt moments and uplifting surprises, spotlighting the strength, beauty and love of mothers everywhere. Highlights include:
- Celebrity shoutouts dedicated to moms across the country.
- A powerful makeover story of a mother who faced great challenges while supporting her child through cancer treatment. Her transformation will be led by renowned celebrity stylist Poshebko.
- Live broadcast from Jardin Autentica Cocina, a contemporary Mexican restaurant in Orange County, where viewers will get delicious inspiration for their Mother’s Day meals.
- Live musical performance by Los Cadetes de Linares, who will dedicate a special song to mothers.
- A feature on a beloved grandmother, whose passion for cooking helped inspire the upcoming film Nonnas, starring Vince Vaughn, Susan Sarandon and Joe Manganiello.
- A roundup of celebrity moms-to-be, celebrating famous women who are expecting this year.
Acceso Total airs Monday through Friday at 11:30 a.m. PT (check local listings) on Telemundo-owned and affiliated stations. The half-hour program was created by the Telemundo Station Group in 2009 and has grown significantly since its inception, consistently delivering high-quality content and earning numerous accolades. The program provides local insertion opportunities for advertisers to air in their local markets or across multiple cities.
