Noticias Telemundo Texas to Present Live Coverage of El Paso Winterfest Parade

Telemundo 48 El Paso Joins Noticias Telemundo Texas Streaming Channel

EL PASO, Texas – Nov. 20, 2025 – Noticias Telemundo Texas, one of the Telemundo Station Group’s free ad-supported streaming TV (FAST) regional news channels, will stream the El Paso Winterfest Parade on Saturday, Nov. 22, from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. CT / 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. MT. 

The live coverage marks the debut of Telemundo 48 El Paso / KTDO as content contributor to Noticias Telemundo Texas, which is available across leading streaming platforms and connected TV devices, including Telemundo-owned stations’ digital properties.

El Paso Winterfest Parade, a beloved holiday tradition in the region, features over one million dazzling light displays, an outdoor ice-skating rink, live entertainment, and festive performances that transform El Paso into a winter wonderland. 

“Bringing the Winterfest Parade to Noticias Telemundo Texas is a milestone for Telemundo 48 El Paso and a great example of how we’re expanding access to local content through streaming,” said Alejandro Pariente, News Director for Telemundo 48 El Paso. “We’re excited to showcase this vibrant community event to our audiences across Texas.”

In addition to the Winterfest Parade, KTDO will now contribute daily news programming to Noticias Telemundo Texas. Viewers can watch Noticiero Telemundo 48 at 6 p.m. CT and 11 p.m. CT Monday through Friday, each encoring once later in the evening. The station’s Friday late-night newscast will also re-air Saturday morning, giving audiences expanded opportunities to stay informed about what is happening in the El Paso region.
