And you cautioned, &#8220;I don&#8217;t know that.\u00a0 With these things, what makes a difference you often don&#8217;t know until it unfolds, because nothing is just what it is.\u00a0 It&#8217;s always in part of a larger context.\u00a0 Things unfold, things happen.&#8221;\u00a0 Jerry Brown, March, 2015.\u00a0 August 2015, she&#8217;s still dealing with it.\u00a0 You were right.\u00a0 What should she be doing better?<\/p>\n<p>GOVERNOR JERRY BROWN: Well, I don&#8217;t know.\u00a0 This email thing, it has kind of a mystique to it. You know, an email is just an utterance in digital form.\u00a0 But it has some kind of dark energy that gets everybody excited.\u00a0 So I don&#8217;t know how.
