During her previous wide-ranging interview <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nbcnews.com\/politics\/trump-administration\/read-full-transcript-president-donald-trump-interviewed-meet-press-mod-rcna203514\">in May 2025<\/a>, President Trump made some of his most notable comments since returning to office, including telling Welker <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nbcnews.com\/politics\/trump-administration\/trump-asked-uphold-constitution-says-dont-know-rcna204580\">\u201cI don\u2019t know\u201d<\/a> when asked if he needs to uphold the Constitution of the United States as president.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Meet the Press<\/em> airs at 10:30 a.m. ET in New York and Washington, D.C. and is available on local NBC stations across the country.
