The program posted its <strong>highest May viewership in five years<\/strong>, recorded its <strong>first May total viewer victory over GMA in 14 years<\/strong>, and delivered its <strong>largest May advantage over CBS in 12 years<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Compared to May 2025, TODAY posted the <strong>largest year-over-year total viewer growth among the broadcast morning shows<\/strong>, adding <strong>+254,000 viewers (+9%)<\/strong>, while widening its lead over CBS by <strong>61%<\/strong>.
