Mitchell will also sit down with NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg for an exclusive interview.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The interviews come at a critical time for Ukraine as their counteroffensive hits a crossroads, Russian President Vladimir Putin puts down a rebellion at home, and the U.S. sends Kyiv controversial cluster bombs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The full interviews will air tomorrow, Tuesday, July 11 on MSNBC\u2019s&nbsp;<em>Andrea Mitchell Reports<\/em>&nbsp;at 12 p.m. ET.
