Additionally, over&nbsp;<strong>135.8 billion minutes<\/strong>&nbsp;of Dateline were consumed across TV and digital platforms, which includes NBC, cable and broadcast syndication and Peacock\u2019s Dateline 24\/7 channel.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dateline\u2019s chart-topping showcast is also on pace to have its&nbsp;<strong>strongest year ever with average monthly downloads up +27%<\/strong>, compared to 2021.The showcast, which features broadcasts as podcast episodes, received&nbsp;<strong>more than 2 million downloads<\/strong>&nbsp;on average per episode. Additionally,&nbsp;<em>Dateline<\/em>&nbsp;continues to rank as the number one true crime podcast in the genre, according to Podtrac\u2019s monthly category rankings.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For 4Q22,&nbsp;<em>Dateline&nbsp;<\/em>also ranked as the #1 most-watched newsmagazine and true-crime franchise across all of TV with&nbsp;<strong>over 76 million viewers&nbsp;<\/strong>according to Nielsen Media Research<strong>, up +7% since 3Q22<\/strong>, with one week remaining in the quarter.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This year,&nbsp;<em>Dateline&nbsp;<\/em>kicked off its 31st season, debuted five #1 chart-topping podcasts, premiered&nbsp;<em>Dateline: The Last Day<\/em>&nbsp;on Peacock and launched Dateline Premium, an all-new Apple Podcasts subscription offering true crime fans 400+ hours of ad-free listening, early access to episodes and exclusive bonus content.
