Beginning Sunday,<em> Chasing the Cure<\/em> will air across <em><strong>TODAY, NBC Nightly News with Lester Holt, <\/strong><\/em><strong>MSNBC, NBCNews.com <\/strong>and<strong> NBC News NOW.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On <em><strong>NBC Nightly News<\/strong><\/em><strong>,<\/strong> NBC News senior national correspondent<strong> Kate Snow<\/strong> will report on a new blood test that cancer experts claim may be the next major breakthrough in detecting the disease. The exclusive broadcast report, which airs Wednesday, Dec. 15, will feature an inside look at the test that can detect more than 50 types of cancer in one blood draw.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On <em><strong>TODAY<\/strong><\/em>, NBC News\u2019 <strong>Craig Melvin<\/strong> will report on a new mRNA vaccine for colorectal cancer.
