NEW YORK \u2013\u00a0September 19, 2014\u00a0\u2013\u00a0The weather may be cooling off but NBC\u2019s TODAY will be heating up Rockefeller Plaza with a special fall concert series.\u00a0 Country music superstar Kenny Chesney will kick off the “Toyota Concert Series on TODAY”\u00a0Tuesday, September 23.\u00a0\u00a0Chesney’s long-awaited new album \u201cThe Big Revival\u201d debuts that day.<\/p>\n

As previously announced, global pop sensation One Direction will celebrate the release of their new album, FOUR with a special TODAY performance live from Universal Orlando Resort Monday, November 17.<\/p>\n

And the “Rumours” are true – all five members of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame band Fleetwood Mac will perform a\u00a0special concert on the\u00a0plaza Thursday, October 9. Other hot headliners include\u00a0multi-platinum powerhouse trio Lady Antebellum, British rock sensation Bastille, and Ylvis, the duo behind the viral hit \u201cWhat Does the Fox Say?\u201d The dates of the live TODAY concerts are listed below.<\/p>\n

Fans are encouraged to visit the plaza outside TODAY\u2019s Studio 1A for the live performances. Viewing is on a first-come, first-served basis.\u00a0Entrance is located at 48th Street and Rockefeller Plaza in New York City.<\/p>\n
