For 116 of the past 117 weeks, Nightly News was also the most-watched among A18-49 viewers, averaging 1.4 million and topping ABC by +241,000 viewers (+21%) and CBS by +519,000 viewers (+61%), and grew the most week-over-week compared to the competition. 8.1 million total viewers tuned in to Nightly News for the week of October 23.
