NEW YORK (October 21, 2016) \u2013 NBC News Digital saw a total of 50M video starts, including of 17.5M live streams, across all platforms for content around the three presidential debates.\u00a0 Debate video content on NBC News\u2019 social channels reached more than 27M starts.<\/span><\/p>\n

In NBC News\u2019 live stream on YouTube\u2019s platform, users spent an average of 22 minutes watching the debates. In NBC News\u2019 Virtual Democracy Plaza (debate watch parties with live stream), participants spent an average of 31 minutes in the experience.<\/span><\/p>\n

During the third presidential debate, NBC News Digital reached 15M video starts for debate content across all platforms and channels, including more than 5.8M live streams during the debate on Wednesday. (Source: Adobe Analytics)<\/span><\/p>\n
