Posts Biggest Total Viewer Audience in a May Sweep Since 2008, Biggest Audience in Key Demo Since 2011 <\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Delivers Largest Advantage in May Sweeps Over ABC in Total Viewers Since 2012<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Tops Competition in Year-Over-Year Growth with Double-Digit Gains Across-the-Board\u00a0<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

MAY 26, 2016 \u2013 \u201cMeet the Press with Chuck Todd\u201d (MTP) won the key A25-54 viewer demo for May 2016 Sweeps, posting its biggest May Sweep demo audience since 2011.<\/p>\n

The network broadcast also delivered its biggest advantage over CBS in five years in the demo and its widest lead over ABC in the demo during a May Sweep in four years. MTP has shifted from #3 to #1 in the key demo from May 2015 Sweeps to May 2016 Sweeps.<\/p>\n

MTP delivered its biggest total viewer audience in a May Sweep since 2008. Just 83,000 viewers separated MTP from CBS\u2019 \u201cFace the Nation\u201d half-hour program in winning May Sweeps as the most-watched Sunday public affairs program. This margin is the narrowest between the two networks since 2011.<\/p>\n

MTP also posted its largest advantage over ABC in total viewers for any Sweep since February 2013 and has shifted from #3 to #2 in total viewers from May 2015 Sweeps to May 2016 Sweeps.<\/p>\n

Compared to last year\u2019s May Sweeps, MTP has grown the most out of all Sunday public affairs programs with double-digit gains across-the-board: +37 percent in total viewers and +27 percent in A25-54 viewers.<\/p>\n

\u201cMeet the Press with Chuck Todd\u201d was pre-empted nationally on Sunday, May 14.<\/p>\n
