The forum will be the presidential hopefuls\u2019 final chance to face each other directly and make their cases to a national audience before the first ballots are cast in Iowa and New Hampshire.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The <\/span><b>NBC News\u2014YouTube Democratic Candidates Debate<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, hosted by the Congressional Black Caucus Institute, takes place on <\/span><b>Sunday, January 17, 2016<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> at the <\/span><b>Gaillard Center<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> in <\/span><b>Charleston, South Carolina<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">. The event is sanctioned by the Democratic National Committee and the South Carolina Democratic Party.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cNBC Nightly News\u201d anchor <\/span><b>Lester Holt <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">will serve as principal moderator, joined by NBC News chief foreign affairs correspondent <\/span><b>Andrea Mitchell<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">. \u00a0NBC News political director and \u201cMeet the Press\u201d moderator <\/span><b>Chuck Todd<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> will anchor pre- and post-debate coverage live from the spin room, joined by NBC News White House correspondent <\/span><b>Kristen Welker<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> and other contributors for interviews and analysis. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Sunday\u2019s pre-debate coverage kicks off at 8:00pm ET online and on MSNBC. \u00a0The pre-show will simulcast on the NBC network beginning at 8:50pm ET. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The debate will air live on the NBC network from 9:00-11:00pm ET and stream live on all NBC News digital platforms (including the NBC News apps for iPhone, Android, Amazon, Apple TV, FireTV, and Roku), NBC owned station and affiliate websites, and the NBC News YouTube channel.
