“MEET THE PRESS WITH CHUCK TODD” IS #1 IN KEY DEMO FOR EIGHTH CONSECUTIVE WEEK

Beats ABC and CBS in Key Demo by Double-Digits

Tops ABC for 16th Straight Week in Total Viewers

Continues to Dominate Influential Washington, D.C. Market as Most-Watched Sunday Show

APRIL 28, 2016 – “Meet the Press with Chuck Todd” (MTP) continued its winning streak with A25-54 viewers as the most-watched Sunday public affairs program in the key demo this past Sunday, April 24.

The #1 win in the demo marks the broadcast’s ninth straight win over CBS and the eighth straight win over ABC.

MTP also delivered 3.320 million total viewers, topping ABC by double-digits (+14 percent) and marking its 16th straight win against the network.

Only two percent of viewers separated MTP from CBS as the most-watched Sunday show across-the-board. To note, CBS continues to claim ratings on just the first 30 minutes of its hour-long broadcast, despite the contiguous full program airing in more than three-quarters of the United States.

Momentum for the network broadcast continues to build, as MTP posted a +27 percent gain among both total viewers and in the key demo compared to this time last year.

MTP also continues to lead as the most-watched Sunday show in the influential Washington, D.C. market for more than a year, delivering significant advantages over the competition.

An additional 1.345 million total viewers and 490,000 viewers in the A25-54 demo watched “Meet the Press” with rebroadcasts on the NBC network and on MSNBC.
