August 12, 2025 — Meet the Press with Kristen Welker is the #1 Sunday public affairs show among key A25-54 demo viewers this past Sunday, August 10, according to Nielsen.
Meet the Press averaged 399,000 key A25-54 demo viewers, leading ABC by +105,000 (+36%) and CBS by +80,000 (+25%).
The Welker-led program ranks #1 for the current broadcast season among key A25-54 demo viewers, beating ABC by +45,000 and CBS by +11,000. Meet the Press has delivered the largest growth among all Sunday affairs programs versus the same point last season.
Meet the Press averaged 2.034 million total viewers this past Sunday. Meet the Press has never lost a month in the Washington, D.C. market among total viewers.
Meet the Press also continues to garner significant digital viewership for Sunday public affairs programs, with viewers consuming hundreds of thousands of hours of content weekly.
Sunday’s broadcast featured exclusive interviews with Gov. JB Pritzker (D-Ill.), Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) and former Attorney General Eric Holder.
