February 19, 2025 — Meet the Press with Kristen Welker was the #1 Sunday public affairs show in the key demo this past Sunday, February 16, according to Nielsen.
Meet the Press averaged 480,000 key A25-54 demo viewers, leading ABC by +62,000 (+15%) and CBS by +45,000 (+10%). Meet the Press was the only program up versus the prior year with +95,000 (25%).
The Welker-led program ranks #1 for the current broadcast season among key A25-54 demo viewers. Meet the Press is the only program up versus the same point last season.
Meet the Press also averaged 2.637 million total viewers this past Sunday. Meet the Press has never lost a month in the Washington, D.C. market among total viewers.
Meet the Press continues to lead in digital viewership for Sunday public affairs programs, with viewers consuming hundreds of thousands of additional hours of content across digital platforms.
Sunday’s broadcast featured an exclusive interview with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and a special “Meet the Moment” conversation with Saturday Night Live’s Darrell Hammond.
