The freed hostages share their powerful testimonies about their captivity, trauma and the aftermath of their release.

The accounts of Agam Goldstein-Almog, Ilana Gritzewsky, Aviva Siegel and Moran Stela Yanai reveal the lasting impact on Israeli civilians following the Oct. 7 attacks that left nearly 1,200 Israelis dead, with scores of other hostages still held captive in Gaza.

  • Moran Stela Yanai was abducted from the Supernova Music Festival and held for 54 days. She describes the lasting trauma as she struggles to regain her independence and trust people.
