June 7, 2022 – Dateline NBC correspondent Keith Morrison will host The Seduction, a new true-crime Dateline podcast debuting Tuesday, June 14.
The six-episode series features Morrison’s reporting on how an affair between 21-year-old Jaime Ramos and 47-year-old married mother Patty Presba turned into an obsession with deadly consequences. Through in-depth and extensive interviews with key players in the case, Morrison reveals a twisted love triangle that involves a murder plot, a staged kidnapping and a devastating double cross.
The first two episodes of The Seduction will be available for download and streaming on any podcast platform on June 14, with the following four episodes debuting over the next four weeks.

The Seduction marks the fifth original podcast hosted by Morrison, following the chart-topping The Thing about Pam, The Thing About Helen & Olga, Mommy Doomsday and Killer Role series. The Thing About Pam, which has been downloaded more than 27 million times since its 2019 debut, also returned to #1 following the NBC eponymous series starring two-time Oscar-winning actress Renée Zellweger. The scripted series, inspired by the Dateline podcast, was a collaboration between Blumhouse Television, NBC News Studios and Zellweger’s Big Picture Co.
Additionally, Dateline’s showcast recently marked its strongest broadcast primetime season ever with more than 220 million downloads, up +35% in year-over-year measurements. The showcast, which features broadcasts as podcast episodes, also received 1.5 million downloads on average per episode during the season.
The Seduction is produced by Vincent Sturla. Susan Nalle is senior producer and Adam Gorfain is co-executive producer. Liz Cole is executive producer and David Corvo is senior executive producer of Dateline.
