May 12, 2021 – As America’s businesses and employers begin conversations about returning to work, NBC News NOW presents Elevate: Success in the She-cession, a streaming special hosted by NBC News’ Alison Morris and streaming on NBC News NOW tomorrow night at 8:30 p.m. ET.

The special will feature in-depth conversations with women in a broad spectrum of careers navigating the post-COVID workforce, including Tiffany Aliche, founder of “The Budgetnista” and author of “Get Good with Money”; Mika Brzezinski, co-host of MSNBC’s Morning Joe and founder of Know Your Value; Pinky Cole,founder of the popular restaurant, Slutty Vegan; Julia Collins, the first Black woman to co-found a unicorn company as founder and CEO of Planet FWD + Moonshot; Dee Poku, founder and CEO of The WIE Suite and Black Women Raise; and Shilpa Yarlagadda, co-founder of the fine jewelry company, Shiffon.

NBC News NOW anchor, Alison Morris, will host the special. Plus, NBC News’ Ali Vitali reports on President Biden’s proposal of paid family leave.
