NBC News will deliver special coverage of O.J. Simpson’s parole hearing on Thursday, July 20. Starting the day, Savannah Guthrie will speak exclusively with Chris Darden, an attorney and prosecutor from the O.J. Simpson criminal trial and author of “In Contempt,” on TODAY. Darden will contribute to NBC News’ coverage throughout the day.
Lester Holt, joined by Guthrie, who also serves as NBC News chief legal correspondent, will anchor an NBC News Special Report at 1 p.m. E.T. NBC News correspondents Cynthia McFadden and Joe Fryer will contribute to coverage with McFadden reporting from New York and Fryer on the ground in Lovelock, Nev.
“NBC Nightly News with Lester Holt” will begin its coverage tonight and continue Thursday evening.
