“MEET THE PRESS WITH CHUCK TODD” CONTINUES TO POST RATINGS GROWTH

NBC Broadcast is #2 Nationally, Dominates DC Market Across the Board

DECEMBER 5, 2014 – The November 30, 2014 edition of “Meet the Press with Chuck Todd” was the #2 Sunday morning public affairs program in both total viewers and the news demo A25-54.

The NBC broadcast averaged 2.799 million total viewers and 806,000 A25-54 viewers, according to Nielsen Media Research data.

Compared to its 4Q’14-to-date levels, MTP saw a +7% gain in total viewers and +17% gain in A25-54 viewers.  Versus the same broadcast last season, MTP delivered a +12% gain among A25-54 viewers.

In Washington, DC, Meet the Press was solidly #1 across the board and beat the competition combined in A25-54 viewers.

  • MTP averaged 62,000 total viewers and 24,000 A25-54 viewers.
  • In total viewers, MTP topped FOX News Sunday by +34,000, the Face the Nation hour by +13,000, and This Week by +41,000.
  • In viewers A25-54, MTP topped FOX News Sunday by +22,000, the Face the Nation hour by +19,000, and This Week by +19,000.
