Oct. 28, 2024 – MSNBC’s Mika Brzezinski will sit down with legendary singer-songwriter and two-time Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inductee Stevie Nicks and Grammy-winning singer-songwriter, musician and activist Sheryl Crow for an interview airing Wednesday, Oct. 30 on Morning Joe at 6 a.m. ET on MSNBC.
Brzezinski will explore how abortion bans are impacting women across the country and discuss how Nicks recently created her new song, produced by Crow, “The Lighthouse”, which she wrote following the overturn of Roe v. Wade.
Last week, Nicks told Rolling Stone, “When Roe v. Wade was banished, I turned on Morning Joe, and I swear to God, I thought Mika [Brzezinski] was going to crawl over the desk. What she did was remind me what a loss this was.”
Plus, Mika will lead a conversation with women from across the country who have been adversely impacted by abortion bans, including Deborah Dorbert, Amanda Zurawski, and Kaitlyn Joshua. Former president of Planned Parenthood Cecile Richards and journalist Cindi Leive will also join the conversation which will air tomorrow, Tuesday, Oct. 29 on Morning Joe at 6 a.m. ET on MSNBC.
