Hosted by CNBC Make It Senior Work Editor Hanna Howard, the course teaches users how compensation works, how to price your own skills and how to confidently ask for what you deserve.
People who take the course receive 90 minutes of instructional video content, divided into shorter lessons that include researching salary levels, understanding how to identify your priorities, handling emotions and body language, answering difficult questions, analyzing an offer letter, making a counteroffer and more.
