The refreshed programming slate includes an updated weekday morning schedule and new shows focusing on verticalized content including one-hour programs on emerging and dynamic markets, India and China. The updates reflect CNBC’s dedication to deliver specialised insights and in-depth reporting on the subjects that matter most to international audiences.

As the physical heart of CNBC’s European programming, the dynamic studio space integrates the latest technology in broadcasting and digital production to enhance storytelling for on-air programming, podcast recording, and social content creation. Located on the ground floor of 10 Fleet Place, which remains CNBC’s European headquarters, the studio offers passersby in the city a glimpse into the fast-paced world of news production.
Today’s announcement underscores the new multiplatform strategy of CNBC International President Deep Bagchee, who joined the business in August 2024.
New on-air programming across Asia, the Middle East, and Europe
A new one-hour show, U.S. Markets Edition (06:00 – 07:00 SIN/HK), will deliver key takeaways from the most impactful interviews and insights from CNBC’s programming in the US. As global markets become more interconnected, this program ensures audiences in Asia stay informed on major developments shaping the business world overnight.
At a new time, CNBC’s flagship show Squawk Box Asia (07:00 – 10:00 SIN/HK) will continue to deliver must-watch insights during the pre-game and opening of Asia’s business trading day. Co-anchored by Martin Soong in Singapore and Chery Kang in Hong Kong, the duo will focus on the key factors driving Asian businesses and markets.
Asia will see two new one-hour shows focused on economic powerhouses, China and India. The China Connection (10:00 – 11:00 SIN/HK), anchored by Emily Tan in Hong Kong, will explore the key economic, technology, policy & business stories in the world’s second largest economy, while Inside India (11:00 – 12:00 SIN/HK), anchored by Sri Jegarajah in Singapore, will focus on India’s rapid ascent as a global economic force, and take a look at the people and businesses behind its meteoric rise.
In the Middle East, Dan Murphy will delve into regional investment flows and provide insights on the global energy hub and the vast amounts of capital originating from the region on Access Middle East (12:00 – 13:00 SIN/HK).
Europe will also see a new weekday morning format, aligning closely with global market movements and integrating insights from Asia and the Middle East.
Europe Early Edition (07:00 – 08:00 CET) will bring together the picture of Asia, the Middle East, and Europe. Anchored by Silvia Amaro in London, the new one-hour show will set the scene for the European day ahead and provide the first indications of what matters as Europe gears up for the day.
Julianna Tatelbaum will join Steve Sedgwick and Karen Tso to co-anchor Squawk Box Europe (08:00 – 11:00 CET) live from London. At a new time to lead more closely into the opening of European markets, the trio will dive into the biggest stories shaping both public markets and traditional asset classes. The Squawk Box Europe trio will hand over to Worldwide Exchange (11:00 – 12:00 CET) for US business day programming.
The new international programming slate will launch in the coming months.
