In an exclusive interview, “Squawk on the Street” Co-Anchor David Faber will sit down with Elon Musk, Tesla CEO, SpaceX CEO and Twitter CEO & Owner, live on CNBC tonight, Tuesday, May 16 at 6pm ET after the 2023 Tesla Annual Meeting in Austin, Texas.

MEDIA USAGE TERMS

This is to advise you that CNBC LLC owns the exclusive rights to all footage of CNBC’s interview with Elon Musk, Tesla CEO, SpaceX CEO and Twitter CEO & Owner, on Tuesday, May 16. No use of this footage by any third party is authorized without the written consent of CNBC, except as follows:

1.  No use is permitted before the conclusion of CNBC’s telecast of the interview. 

2.  Mandatory credit to “CNBC” on first reference.

3.  The onscreen “CNBC” logo must be clearly visible and unobstructed at all times in any image, video clip or other form of media.

4.  Maximum cumulative length of excerpted material is 5 minutes per hour.
