NEW YORK – January 28, 2025 – TODAY was the number-one morning show outright for the month of January, topping “Good Morning America” in total viewers and the key A25-54 and A18-49 demos. TODAY has topped the competition in total viewers and the key demos for the past five out of six months. The win marks TODAY’s biggest January total viewer victory versus GMA since 2012. 

Last week, TODAY ranked #1 for the 13th consecutive week and grew its advantages across the board vs. prior year in total viewers, A25-54 and A18-49. TODAY is now leading in total viewers by its widest margin in 13 seasons and is posting its biggest key demo lead in 8 seasons, versus GMA.

    • TODAY is drawing its biggest share of A25-54 viewers of network morning shows (44.5%) in 13 seasons (since 2011-12)
